  • 1.Our Privacy Policy

    We fully respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be given to any third party. You will not be put on any email mailing lists unless you specifically request to receive our Newsletter by clicking Subscribe Now (below left) and providing your email address. You can opt out at any time.

    2.Return / Exchange policy

    If you need to return a product either for exchange or refund, please send it back to us in original condition within SEVEN days after you receive it. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Returned items without order number are not refundable. If the reason for return is your change of mind, we are not able to refund any postage. However, if it is for our mistakes, we will be responsible for all the postage. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Email sales@pandahall.co.uk please.

    3.Shipping Policy

    We will make effort to send out your order next day, if not the same day, after the receipt of your payment. Cheques may need 3 working days for clearance. The posting methods include normal first class, first class recorded and normal airmail. For the postage information, please click HERE!
