Return policy
If you need to return a product, please send it back to us in original condition within SEVEN days after you receive it. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Returned items without order number are not refundable. Please be kindly advised that postage and packing charge is not refundable.
Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Email sales@pandahall.co.uk please.

We will make effort to send out
your order next day, if not the same day, after the receipt of your payment.
Cheques may need 3 working days for clearance. The posting methods include
normal first class, first class recorded and normal airmail.
