Return policy

If you need to return something, please send it back to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Please be kindly advised that postage and packing charge is not refundable.

Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Email sales@pandahall.co.uk please.

Shipping Policy

We will make effort to send out your order next day, if not the same day, after the receipt of your payment. Cheques may need 3 working days for clearance. The posting methods include normal first class, first class recorded and normal airmail. For the postage information, please click HERE!
