in Hertfordshire, our company's own website is www.pandahall.co.uk. Orders are delivered from Watford.

2. VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT (17.5%). In your invoice, you will see a break down row called VAT which shows how much VAT you pay for the order. It is not added on the top.
　

3. What business services does PandaHall UK Co. Ltd provide?

Doing both wholesale and retail, we provide services which include supplying jewelry making beads, findings and tools, jewelry designs by requirements, oriental arts and cultural collections, goods sourcing in the Chinese market upon request, computer software and IT.

4. Do you offer discounts for wholesale?

Yes, definitely. Wholesale discounts are shown as follows:

If your total buy (excluding p and p) in one order is 30 pounds - 39.99 pounds, we will offer 6% discount from your total buy (irrelevant to p and p);
If your total buy (excluding p and p) in one order is 40 pounds - 49.99 pounds, we will offer 9% discount from your total buy (irrelevant to p and p);
If your total buy (excluding p and p) in one order is 50 pounds - 99.99 pounds, we will offer 12% discount from your total buy (irrelevant to p and p).

If your total buy (excluding p and p) in one order is 100 pounds -199.99 pounds, we will offer 15% discount from your total buy (irrelevant to p and p).

If your total buy (excluding p and p) in one order is 200 pounds or more, we will offer 20% discount from your total buy (irrelevant to p and p).

5. Do we offer samples of our products?

Yes, we do. A reasonable charge for samples may have to be incurred, but the charge will be reimbursed to you if you make orders from us.

6. What is our principle of mail orders?

We are willing to collect mail orders from all our buyers because some items wanted can't be found in our Shop currently. Just write us your shopping list When you noticed New Stock In on our Bulletin Board in Homepage! We always organize new stock at that time. We will get you back the price offer as soon as we receive your mail order list. If you accept our offer, just send us a prepay of 10% order amount. Thank you!
